Hello Vishnu and others members,

I’m planning to do Annapurna Circuit trek this April 2016.

Can anyone provide some information about the current condition of the trekking route in the annapurna region and need some advise as i am planning to do this trek without any guide / porter so is it a good idea to go for this trek without any guide or porter or should i wait until i get some people to join me as I'm not getting anyone to join me.

And any idea about the per day expenses as I'm on a shoestring budget.

Regards,

Abhishek.

Abhishek,

you can do the abc circuit trek by yourself without a porter and a guide..be very careful and carry all essentials..Safety equipments first aid etc etc..

you can do it in the budget you like..in places for nightstay you can get a bed for 100 if you eat in the same house where you planning to sleep..food is expensive..

All the best.

thank you and regards,

yogesh sapkota

Yes, ABC is very much doable without help of guide and porter. You would find many trekkers on this route and trail is well outlined. Don't worry, all would go smooth.

You can trek in Annapurna Region without any guide. You are going alone so there is no need to worry as you will find there solo travelers too. You can make them friends and can get help from them. Even there are so much bloggers who share their experiences about trekking in Annapurna. You can ask the questions to them.

Hi Alina.. Thanks for adding your valuable inputs. I completely agree. Most of the treks in Nepal are tea-house trekkking and can be done without any guide.
